THEORY: Todays drivers tend to ignore regular brake lights because they are conditioned to look for the third eye light for indications of stopping.
Todays drivers know that when the third eye lights up, some body's stopping, so why look at the regular brake lights....
I know the light is a little cheesy, but for ten dollars and about 40 minutes install time what do you expect.....
I've have noticed a distinct decline in the number of near impacts I've almost had. I've had the light in place for about 5 months and have had zero problems.
I would like to find a light with a better style or maybe a different looking bracket.
The whole deal was not to have drill big holes in my car.
I didn't have to drill any holes in my car.
